Vintage NOS Super Record aluminum Pista headset from the 1980s.
1" x 24 TPI

New - Never mounted!
 
I just took the individual pieces out of the original packaging.  The thick top washer & locknut are missing.  You can use any 1" spacer and top nut.
 
The Super Record road spacer & locknut are exactly the same if you have spares from a strada set.
 
If you have the correct locknut & spacer - you have at least a $200 set.  I have more vintage pista headsets at my own website.
